The first floor includes a good-sized living/dining area, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, two closets, and a separate room that can be used as an office or den. The second floor is a master bedroom suite consisting of a bedroom, a dressing room with two large closets, and a spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. The dressing room and master bath feature radiant floor heating. Outside, the ground-level private deck enjoys morning sun and afternoon shade.

Utilities The rent includes heat, hot water, and electrical service. The tenant is responsible for trash removal and all other utilities, including phone, cable TV, and Internet.

OccupantsBecause the den/office is not large enough to be used as a bedroom, this apartment is best suited for a couple or a single person.

The SurroundingsTenants are welcome to use our woods and trails for non-motorized recreation such as hiking and cross-country skiing. In addition to our 190 acres, tenants also have easy walking access to the Eastern Trail and the 540-acre Wells Barrens, a Nature Conservancy preserve. Our part of town, known as Wells Branch, is a scenic and friendly neighborhood, a great place for biking, and includes several historic farms and homes. Other local amenities include:
