Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad

This cool and crunchy chicken salad is perfect for hot weather.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs minced fresh parsley
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup pecan halves, toasted

In a large bowl, mix the first eight ingredients until blended. Add chicken, grapes, celery, and pecans; toss to coat.
